Protein Pizza

*serves 1
=350 calories per serve
  • 2 slices Health Freak Cafe protein bread
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 100g roasted turkey breast
  • handful baby spinach leaves
  • 4 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 brown onion, diced
  • 25g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 15g cottage cheese
  • 20g pizza paste
  • mixed herbs
  • chilli flakes
  • salt & pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to approx 200 degrees.
2. Toast protein bread twice or until brown
3. Spread pizza paste and cottage cheese on top of each slice
4. Sprinkle mixed herbs, chilli powder, salt and pepper to taste
5. Add toppings of your choice to each slice of protein bread
6. Top with grated cheddar cheese
7. Place onto baking paper and oven tray
8. Bake pizzas in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted
9. Remove from the oven
10. Slice, serve and enjoy!
