Berry & Vanilla Protein Muffins.

*makes 12 muffins
=116 calories per serve
  • 100g blueberries
  • 250g oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 scoops Rare Candy- Level Up vanilla protein
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp natural yoghurt

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees
2. Add all ingredients into a bullet blender or similar
3. Blitz all ingredients until combined
4. Place cupcake cases into muffin tray
5. Pour mixture into cases
6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes
7. Serve and enjoy.

Serving Suggestions:
– sliced banana, cinnamon, honey
– strawberries, cream cheese
