Choco Protein Pie

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology Protein (PURCHASE HERE)
  • 250mL unsweetened Cashew Milk
  • 250g Low Fat 2% Greek Yoghurt
  • 0.25 cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine yogurt, Shakeology, peanut butter, and cashew milk in a large bowl
  2. Mix well until it is even and smooth
  3. Pour pie mixture into pie crust
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm (store in freezer if needed)
  5. Cut into eight slices or use fun cookie cutters to create any shape you like!
  6. Serve whilst cold
