Protein Bliss Balls

*makes approx. 12 serves
=133 calories per serve
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 serve Rare Candy Vanilla Surge Level Up protein powder

1) Using a bullet blender or similar, blend the dates and almonds until combined with a ‘crumb like’ consistency
2) Add 1/3 cup of desiccated coconut, cacao powder, protein powder and coconut oil and blitz quickly again in blender until combined
3) Remove from blender and place into mixing bowl
4) Use hands to roll mixture into small bliss balls
5) Roll the balls into the left over coconut to coat
6) Store in air tight containers in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving
7) Can be served chilled or at room temperature
