Protein Cheesecake.

Makes 9 bite size cupcakes
5.3g Fat | 7.2g Protein | 8g Carbs

34g (1 scoop) MTS Nutrition Machine Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla Flavour)
1/2 cup fage 0% fat greek yoghurt
200g kroger low fat cream cheese
2x egg whites
5g splenda (or sweetner of choice)
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
12x graham crackers
2 tbsp butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 250degrees F
2. Using a blender, crush graham crackers until it forms a breadcrumb type consistency
3. Stir in melted butter until coated and dense
4. Add mixture to the base of 9 cupcake cases and pat down until solid
5. Mix protein powder, greek yoghurt, cream cheese, egg whites, cinnamon powder & vanilla extract until combined
6. Add cheesecake mixture  evenly to each cupcake case and pat down until neat
7. Bake in oven for 30 minutes
8. Remove from oven and cool
9. Chill in fridge until cool
10. Remove from cupcake case and devour!
