Vanilla Choc Chunk Protein Cookies.

VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, NO ADDED SUGAR!

INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and peeled
1-2 tablespoons water
40g MTS protein powder (vanilla OR any flavour of choice)
50g dark chocolate chunks

METHOD

  1. In food processor or blender, puree chickpeas
  2. Add water and protein powder and blend
  3. It should form a ball of dough, if it is still crumbly, add a tiny amount of water, a teaspoon at a time and process- it should quickly form a dough ball
  4. Stirring by hand, add chocolate chunks
  5. Form into 1-inch balls
  6. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
  7. Enjoy!
