Vanilla Protein Pancakes

=322 calories per serve
  • 25g MTS Vanilla Protein Powder (or protein of choice)
  • 1x small banana
  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 5g Melros organic coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup water

 1. Place all ingredients into bullet blender or alike
2. Blend/mix until combined
3. Pour coconut oil into pan
4. Heat pan on medium heat
5. Pour mixture into pan to create small circles
6. Flip pancake with spatula when bubbling or browned
7. Repeat with opposite side
8. Remove from pan
9. Serve and enjoy

(Equally delicious when served chilled. So is an easy, quick snack, that can be prepared early and stored in fridge!)
