INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup Shredded Carrots
  • ½ a Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 head Chopped Lettuce
  • ½ c Bean Sprouts
  • 2 ⅓ – 3 cups Vermicelli Noodles
  • 4 Spring Rolls
  • ¼ cup Spring Roll Sauce
  • ⅓ cup peanuts, crushed (optional)

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to temperature suggested on box of spring rolls
  2. Chop and wash all veggies
  3. Place spring rolls in the oven
  4. Boil water for noodles
  5. Using a mortar and pestle, crush peanuts
  6. After noodles are done, wash them in cold water
  7. Cut spring rolls into 4 equal parts
  8. Assemble lettuce first, then noodles, then have fun with the veggies on top!
  9. Add your sauce and peanuts
  10. Serve & enjoy.
