Filled Field Mushrooms

*One mushroom per serve
  • large field mushrooms, stem removed
  • butter/ oil
  • Feta, diced
  • Olives, thinly sliced
  • capsicum, thinly sliced
  • tomatoes, diced
  • breadcrumbs
  • garlic
  • parmesan (OPTIONAL)
  • herbs of choice

IMG_30201. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Remove the stem from large mushrooms & chop the stems to add to filling later
3. Brush mushrooms with butter in & outside
4. Place mushrooms in oven for approximately five minutes
5. Lightly sauté toppings of your choice in garlic, olive oil and herbs
6. Top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
7. Place in oven again for 5-10 minutes until cheese has melted
8. Remove from oven
9. Serve and enjoy!
