  • spinach leaves
  • low fat smooth ricotta
  • 500g turkey mince
  • 1x onion
  • pasta sauce
  • garlic
  • chilli flakes
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • grated parmesan (cheese of choice)
  • olive oil for pan
