 SERVICE RATING 5/5
Like Chipotle, Blaze Pizza follows an “assembly-style” line format that allows guests to build their own salad/pizza, choose one right from the signatures board, or customize any of the above! All the servers that we dealt with were polite, patient & professional. They explained how the system works and allowed us to jump in at any phase of the process to add, subtract or build on to our pizza. We were told about the produce and history of Blaze Pizza and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the pizza dough is made fresh (never frozen) from scratch each & every day . It is fermented for 24 hours and then flattened to make the light, crispy crust. The toppings offered at Blaze Pizza are all free from artificial flavors, colors and preservatives too! Once the pizza is built to perfection, it is placed into the seriously impressive pizza ovens  for 3 minutes then removed, sliced & served.

We hardly had time to select from the assortment of cold drinks (there was several lemonades, iced teas, sodas, flavored waters etc) and find a seat before our names were called to pick up our order from the oven crew. We were overwhelmed with excitement due to the size and aesthetically pleasing pizzas placed in front of us! After snapping several photos we devoured our meals in no time at all!

ATMOSPHERE RATING 3/5
So the interior decor and furnishings are nothing to write home about, but it is comfortable and clean inside with ample spaces for strollers, wheelchairs and larger groups and families. The parking lot is spacious although from what I could see, if you wanted to sit outside in the sunshine whilst eating… you would have to sit by your car as there is not outdoor seating available. (Not that it concerned us in the slightest as it was raining when we went!)
MENU 4/5
The menu is a health-nuts dream! Not only does it list the calories of each of the pizzas, salads, drinks and desserts but it actually breaks down the calories of each additional topping. Therefore you can essentially build your pizza to fit any macro count, nutritional plan or dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances. In  fact, you can even use their ONLINE NUTRITIONAL CALCULATOR! With so many options and toppings to choose from, I doubt anyone could leave disappointed or unsatisfied. Honesty, you could eat at Blaze Pizza everyday for years and never repeat the same order! Don’t believe me, I’ve included SOME of the many toppings below:
SAUCES: classic red, spicy red, white cream, garlic pesto
CHEESES: feta, gorgonzola, ovalini mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, vegan cheese
MEATS: bacon, grilled chicken, italian meatballs, italian sausage, pepperoni, salami, smoked ham, turkey meatballs
VEGGIES: artichokes, banana peppers, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, mushrooms, onions, spinach, zucchini & several varieties of olives, peppers, herbs and spices!
However, in saying that, Scott and I chose off the “Signature Pizzas” menu, Scott opting for the Art Lover and the Green Stripe Pizza for myself, whilst splitting a Tomato & Mozzarella Salad. I was very tempted to build my own, but as I was at Blaze Pizza for a “Sneak Peek/ Pre-Opening” celebration, I thought it would be best to review pizzas that are available to anyone at anytime.
Although now I have had more time to look over the menu and HUGE selection of toppings, I kind of wish I had built my own… but there is always next time! I certainly was NOT disappointed with the pizzas (Scott and I ended up sharing both!) They were flavorful, fresh and cooked to perfection!

YOU MUST TRY:
ART LOVER:
– artichokes, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic, red sauce dollops

GREEN STRIPE:
– pesto drizzle over chicken red peppers, garlic, mozzarella, arugula
COST OF BILL $30
Blaze Pizza is well priced, especially as you can build your own pizza with as many toppings as you like for the same low price!  Two pizzas, a salad to share and a couple of drinks will set you back approximately $30.
