Perth, Australia was where I was born and raised, however, I have called Columbus, Ohio home since 2016.

Growing up by the ocean made living an active and healthy lifestyle very easy. Although I pursued teaching as my career for six years, it didn’t take long to follow my innate passion for helping people, health, food and fitness & pursue a new career in the fitness industry. Until 2015, I hadn’t studied anything other than my Bachelor of Primary Education (Notre Dame University) and worked as a classroom teacher and sports co-ordinator at a Primary School. However, I had been busy pursuing my passion for fitness, nutrition and wellbeing by studying and networking with professionals in the fitness field to broaden my knowledge. I now hold my certificate in Nutrition and Weight Management through The Fitness Training Company & completed my Wellness and Lifestyle Coaching certificate through Universal Class Inc. As of November 2015, I also completed my certificate in PT and am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE, the American Council of Exercise.

I currently offer women several different options to work with me:

with at home, gym & online training options available. I provide financially friendly options to suit even the busiest of schedules and look forward to discussing these with you to help you to reach your fitness & health goals. I also welcome the opportunity of working and collaborating with brands and businesses that reflect the same morals and missions as my brand.

I am dedicated to making healthy food choices and share my love of food and cooking, by creating recipes that are mostly simple, satisfyingly delicious and always healthy!

I also enjoy frequenting local restaurants and cafes in search of clean, healthy options. On occasions, I can be heard sharing these finds and foods on 610 WTVN, I Heart Radio with Joel Riley, and my website offers many FREE recipes, workouts and health hacks as my main goal is to motivate and encourage others to find their passion for living a happy and healthy lifestyle.

When I am not training or cooking, I love to travel, renovate/ decorate our home, write and read. I have created a life that I have always wanted and I am a firm believer in creating your own happiness.

Although a lot of my happiness can be credited to the inspiring and supportive people that I am surrounded by, I try my hardest everyday to view all of life’s challenges and curve balls with positivity, optimism and enthusiasm.
