Simple Over Night Zo-Proats (zucchini protein oats)
*serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup dry rolled oats
½ cup zucchini, grated
1 scoop Chocolate Whey or Vegan Shakeology
1 cup frozen berries
water
OPTIONAL: peanut butter, DF choc chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add grated zucchini, oats, water and berries into a small pot and bring to the boil
Once soft, pour oat mixture between into a jar or sealable container
Once cooled, stir in chocolate protein powder (add more water if necessary)
Seal jar; refrigerate overnight.
Before eating, top with your favorite things: more berries, banana, peanut butter, DF chocolate chips, coconut, anything goes!
