Spinach & Artichoke Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
2 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
3/4 Package Frozen Chopped Organic Spinach
4oz Artichoke Hearts
4oz Low Fat Cream Cheese
20g Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
Garlic
Onion Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F
In a medium mixing bowl combine spinach, artichoke hearts , cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder salt and pepper
Mix well
Slice chicken breast in half length ways (so they cook faster!)
Place raw chicken breast onto a parchment paper lined baking dish
Pour mixture evenly over the chicken
Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes , until chicken is cooked
Remove from oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
Place back into oven for few minutes until cheese is melted or broil for a few minutes to make the cheese crispy & golden on top!
