Mixing it up!
Smashed through my LEGS workout this morning. I strayed from my usual Wednesday plan and tried a new workout just to shock the body and keep motivated I guess! Although I'll be back in the gym again this afternoon for my shoulders & tris session, I enjoyed my early morning mix up!EXERCISES:- Back squats: 10-12reps x4- DB split squats: 10 per leg x4- Laying Leg Curl: 10-12reps x4- DB squats/heels elevated. 10reps x4- Weighted walking lunges: 10-12 reps per leg x4- Glute cable kick backs 20 reps per leg x2Thanks Lauren Simpson for the workout inspo.
