What are YOU Willing to do?

We all WANT to build the body of our dreams right??✨You say you WANT to lose weight- buuuuuut in reality you want to eat healthily for 3 days & have it fall off. Right? WANTING something does nothing if you’re not actively making it happen! Perhaps you’re CHOOSING to build that dream body of yours? Choosing is a better than nothing, but is it enough? Sure it creates a much stronger energy & holds you responsible for creating your reality. But... I dare you to COMMIT to building a body you’re confident in! Committing means holding absolutely nothing back; giving 100% of everything you’ve got to achieve your goals. it means being willing to do WHATEVER IT TAKES for AS LONG AS IT TAKES.
Are you willing to:
- workout, even on the days you don’t feel like it?
- change your habits, giving up the old/bad habits that are holding you back?
- dedicate more time in the kitchen rather than at the bar or your favorite restaurant?
- work your ass off to see a slow yet steady progress?

Because that’s what it’s going to take! When people reach their “body” goals, it’s because they’ve COMMITTED, CHOSEN & WANTED it bad enough that nothing will hold them back!
