Meet Charlotte. Charlotte allowed me to coach her through her health & fitness journey and has lost 14lbs and evident inches! She was lacking confidence & self esteem & wanted to learn more about fueling her body correctly in order to help build her energy & physically fitness. Charlotte made small changes to her diet over a period of time, began working out on a regular schedule & began to see & feel results!
