Chicken Breast with Garlic Mushroom Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Baby Bella Mushrooms, diced
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
0.5 cup milk
1 clove, Garlic, minced
salt and pepper
500 gram, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 cup onions, diced
INSTRUCTIONS:
Slice chicken breasts to an even thickness
Salt and pepper both sites of each chicken breast
Place a pan over medium heat and spray with olive oil
Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden on the bottom, before turning and repeating until cooked through
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside, covered to keep warm
Add one tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and then add diced mushrooms and onions
Allow mushrooms and onions to cook 5 to 8 minutes until the water releases from the mushrooms and evaporates
Whisk in two tablespoons of flour and garlic and allow to cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, until fragrant
Add a 1/4 cup of milk, mixed herbs of choice, salt, and pepper and continue whisking or stirring until thickened
Continue to pour in milk as needed
Place chicken on serving plate and spoon mushroom sauce over the top
Serve and enjoy!
