Turkey Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon pepper, divided
1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
3 tablespoons ketchup, divided
2 pounds ground turkey, 97% lean
3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 large egg white, lightly beaten
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375°F
Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat
Add onion to pan and cook through until soft. Stir in garlic, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, broth, and 1 tablespoon ketchup
Stir to combine before transferring mixture to a large bowl
Add turkey, breadcrumbs, egg and egg white to bowl, and combine
Cover a loaf baking tray with aluminum foil, and coat lightly with olive oil spray
Set mixture into loaf pan, and brush meatloaf evenly with remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup
Bake for approximately 45 minutes to an hour
Let meatloaf stand for a few minutes prior to serving
Serve with your favorite sides & enjoy.
