Dinner Time.
I came home from work feeling less than 100%. I had very little sleep last night due to having a stomach ache and then my afternoon was busy with appointments and meetings.I knew I needed a nutritious meal to boost my energy, but was also in the mood for something easy and quick.Grilled salmon, asparagus spears, brussel sprouts and half a serve of cous cous was exactly what I needed! Well, that and a super hot bubble bath afterwards (of course)!
