Protein Bars Revealed.

Choosing the right foods to suit your training goals and nutrition plan can be quite difficult- especially when the media leads us to believe that certain foods are good for us (when they're not) or on the other hand when foods get a bad wrap, yet are really not that bad for us at all (like good ol' pumpkin and potatoes!)As most of you know, my diet consists of high protein and fairly low fats which means in order to hit my daily protein goal, I have to include a protein supplement of some sort into my diet.
