Short Back & Tris.
After far too many days off training- this afternoon I finally made it back to my happy place! Although it was only a small gym attached to the apartment block in Los Angeles that we are staying in, it felt so good to be back! The resistance equipment was fairly limited with no free weights and only a lat pull down machine/ seated row and chest press machine to work with. So my bis and tris session quickly became a back and tris session as it was practically my only option!My very short (yet enjoyable) routine is below:SHORT BACK AND TRIS:3 x 15 Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs3 x 15 Narrow/ Reverse Grip Pull Downs3 x 15 Seated Rows3 x 15 Overhead Tricep Extensions with Rope3 x 15 Rope Tricep Push Downs
