4 Minutes To A Better Bod
So you’ve probably heard the term TABATA training? It’s nothing new, but a term that has been swept under the rug compared to ‘HIIT’ and ‘LISS’ as of late. However, I’m here to remind you of what tabata training is and why is it the best kept secret for busy people with little time to exercise. What if I told you that in just 4 minutes, 5 times a week, you could improve your overall fitness, increase energy, improve your metabolism and burn fat…fast!Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds on/10 seconds off high-intensity interval exercises. Sounds good right? Ok, so I do have to be 100% honest… it may only take 4 minutes to complete a Tabata circuit, but those four minutes WILL challenge you, push your body to its absolute limit and require dedication, focus and commitment.Tabata started out as as ONE SINGLE exercise that was repeated for the 4 minute circuit, for example push ups OR jump squats OR burpees etc but these days, trainers and athletes are mixing it up to include a variety of different exercises. Either way, Tabata burns a lot of calories and provides a killer full-body anaerobic and aerobic workout.
