25 Week bUmPDATE
No cravings lately, Iโm just super hungry early in the day & have very little appetite towards the end. Although, I am eating watermelon like itโs going out of fashion!
I have to pee all the time.
Iโve been sleeping really well, like better now than ever. I used to take forever to shut off and fall asleep, now I read for maybe 10 minutes if Iโm lucky and Iโm falling asleep.
Iโm feeling Baby P moving a lot more. Not daily, but usually when I lay flat I can feel him doing some form of Kung Fu in there!
Iโm still feeling great so able to workout my usual 5+ days a week. Iโve been enjoying a combo of lifting and barre type style too!
So many expecting mommas have asked me, but honestly, I have no idea how much weight Iโve gained. Iโve been using the doctors scale rather than my own & I donโt have my next โin personโ appointment until July 1st. So Iโll for sure let you know!โ๏ธ
THINGS ON MY TO DO LIST:
- Start preparing the nursery
- Choose a name
- Practice breathing techniques for labor & delivery
- Finish reading the hypnobirthing book I started (super interesting!)
- Keep filling my brain with positive affirmations & filling my body with the best nutrients & fuel.
