Shoulder Workout
One of my favorite muscle groups to train is SHOULDERS! I have loved training them for as long as I can remember, why is that? I’m not entirely sure. Maybe because it doesn’t take so long to get a good pump? Or maybe because I found it one of the easiest to be able to increase my weights? Who knows.
But if you’re looking for a solid shoulder workout, look no further.
Required equipment
- dumbbells (light, medium, heavy)
- cables or bands
I opted to superset these and completed 3 sets of each before moving to the next superset. I also attempted to increase my weights for each with each set.
