Slow Cooked Chicken & Veg

INGREDIENTS:
400g boneless/skinless chicken breast
300g baby red potatoes, halved
200g carrots, cut into sticks
100g green beans, trimmed
1/4 cup liquid aminos
15mL organic honey
garlic, minced
fresh parsley leaves
dried basil
dried oregano
crushed red pepper flakes
ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large bowl, combine liquid aminos, honey, garlic, herbs and spices
Place chicken breast, potatoes, carrots and sauce mixture into a slow cooker. In this step, I added a half cup of water to my mixture so to ensure the base of my crock pot was completely covered.
Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
In the last 30-40 minutes of cooking time, add green beans
Serve immediately whilst hot!
